the hotel is close to the bts phloen chit and nana stations. despite the lively atmosphere near the entrance, the room remained quiet. i found this access convenient for getting around.

the hotel gym had good cardio equipment. i noticed smith machines available, convenient. my room included two separate sinks, a nice feature for getting ready. the bed was comfortable too!
the light near the toilet was very bright. it made it hard to sleep. i think a switch would help.

The staff were very attentive and friendly. They helped me with my luggage quickly. i also found them to be prompt with requests, especially when i asked for extra towels, which i appreciated. overall.

the hotel location offers convenient access to many nearby restaurants, especially those along the main streets. i also found a 7-eleven nearby, made things easier. transportation options were readily available. too!

The restaurants attached to the hotel offered delicious food. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast buffet. i noticed a variety of choices for breakfast each morning. the atmosphere in the restaurants was also beautiful, but it was quite busy.

the hotel room featured modern decor and comfortable. the staff was cute. breakfast had good options and good quality. the hotel sparkling clean. wifi worked without issues.
the receptionist attitudes was bad. i asked but didn't answer.
